overall, this is a good portable speaker. The good: Size, very compact. Sound quality is pretty remarkable for such a small speaker. The not so good: The strap for securing the speaker somewhere is awkward at best. It's difficult to latch, it can be frustrating to use. Worse - The volume on the device often has a mind of its own. it seems to randomly select about 50% volume and turning it up via your phone has no affect. so, you must go to the speaker and manually push the volume button to adjust. Thats pretty unhandy if you're not standing next to the speaker at all times.

Thanks for your review. The audio connection option for the SoundLink Micro is through industry-standard Bluetooth A2DP. A reset troubleshooting step, can reboot your product, or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists.
I bought this for my Daughter as a Christmas gift to her, this speaker made her happy. I am a fan of Bose because it gives a very good quality and clarity to the sounds.
This product is truly amazing! It sounds wonderful and fills the room. If we want a little more low end we just place it near the corner and it delivers great bass and, of course, reflects off the walls to fill the room. We own pretty much every that Bose makes or has made over the last 60 years. Yes, even the 2201. This is our 3rd micro, travel speaker and goes around the globe with us. We also give them as gifts. So, as Bose used to say, “ If music is important in your life, sooner or later you will own Bose! John
