Love this thing. I would have given 5 stars except it seems loud when I jam it in my ear. I’ve used ear/nose trimmers before and they’ve never been too loud for me. Other than that, it’s a great trimmer. Love the versatility and the battery life.

Perfect Size, Shape, and Functionality.

The Beard & Hair Trimmer grooms my 10mm beard evenly and quickly and my girlfriend appreciates that my freshly trimmed beard doesn't "poke" her face like it used to before I got the MultiShape. It's the perfect size; not too small and not too large. If you're not planning on using your MultiShape for body work I highly recommend this slightly smaller trimmer over the larger version. (This trimmer head has smaller more tightly spaced teeth).

Badly designed. OK until it breaks.

The travel trimmer is average at best, not up to the standards of a regular trimmer. It operates at a slow pace and tends to pull hair. However, its portability compensates for these shortcomings, especially if you have additional attachments to assist you. Regrettably, the comb component broke in under six months of usage. Considering I only trim my beard every 3-4 weeks, I must have used it no more than 10 times.
A clear indication that the designers lacked complete awareness of their product is the inclusion of an unnecessarily long, nearly 2-meter cable with the charger. You can't use the device while it is charging. Wouldn't it be better to minimize weight and volume in my luggage by including a much shorter cable instead?

Pros: - looks great and light rubber coating feels great but easy enough to clean
- trimmer works well and way more powerful and fast than my previous trimmer
