I always love OtterBox cases, I'm glad they decided to add the pop sockets! Since the case dips in to make the phone lay flat with the pop socket I can wirelessly charge my phone easier now

I always loved a pop socket but wireless charging with one was a pain. With this case the socket is easily twisted while it is pushed in to remove to wireless charge and is easily replaced. I also like how the case is flush and lays flat yet still has a pop socket instead of it sticking out and being bulky. As always great otter box protection also.

I love this case. Glad I ordered it for my IPhone X Max. Great protection. Pop Socket intergrades into the case which is convenient. When you lay phone down pop socket lifts it a little so it doesn’t lay flat on design. I ordered the blue Nub and it’s beautiful. I would order another one. Way to go Otterbox!

It says that it supports wireless charging but it does not! I went to bed last night on 80% charge and woke up with it on 26%! This isn't that first time but I thought that I didn't have it on the charger properly the last time. This time I made sure to see the charging symbol on my phone and nope, Obviously you can still use a wired charger but I bought it because of the Pop Socket and its ability to charge wirelessly. Wasted my money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so sorry to hear that your new Otter + Pop case is struggling with wireless charging! This is certainly bizarre, since that case was tested to be compatible with most Qi wireless chargers. Are you charging the case with the PopTop attached? If you are experiencing interference in this position, we would recommend removing the PopTop, and then reapplying when charging is complete. Bought this a week ago and the rubber around the front is already scuffed and missing pieces, just from normal wear and tear! But it does work with wireless charger
