Would get 5 stars but you have to be careful when opening up the phone the slider that covers the spine may not slide and pinch causing a crease in the slider making the problem worse

I've had this case for six weeks now. I'm motivated to write this review because the case needs to be replaced once again. As for protection of my phone, the case does well. I was attracted to the case design for its protection of the folding hinge. No other case on the market has that protection (that I found). Unfortunately, the plastic that covers the hinge has begun to crack. I'm looking for a better option that's cheaper or offers a better warranty. I trusted the warranty on the box and didn't think to verify the warranty coverage by retailer.

Good only for the first 2 months

I bet for UAG and at the beginning it was going great, it's passed 2 months and now the hinge cover is so annoying bc the glue patch from the inside case is not working anymore, the material is very very protective but the functionality not at all.

Not sure you can make a case for this that is not bulky, but the case more than doubled the thickness of the phone.

It protects

Some protection is better than none especially with the cost of smart phones and or repair if damaged. The UAG unit does make the phone a bit more bulkier, it still fits in my pocket. I had to do a bit of plastic trimming around the switches. Over all it is a good add and I hope my phone survives
