Dismal quality product. STAY AWAY.

I received this as a replacement for an earlier piece of the same product. My first piece discoloured to a dirty brown-yellow within 3-4 months of use.
The edge where the camera and buttons are located also softened and warped after a few months of use, offering little to no protection by the end. The warping was so bad that the corner would sometimes pop out when the phone is in my pocket.
I had dropped my phone around a meter onto a step, and I was unlucky enough that the impact was mostly concentrated at the compromised corner. My phone screen ended up totally shattered.
I made a complaint to my local distributor and they effectively told me "too bad. it's supposed to be like that." then ignored me. I had to contact the main UAG customer support to get a replacement cover.
I had been using UAG products exclusively since the Samsung s7 and had always just bought their covers for every new phone I own (I have 2 at any one point in time). I am extremely disappointed by the quality (or lack thereof) of this product as well as my local distributor's customer service. I will very likely switch to a different brand in my next purchase.

Pylo Clear Awesome Case

I purchased the Pylo clear for my S21+, I love this case, it fits the phone perfectly and I couldn't tell how many times I dropped my phone and never once had a cracked screen or a damaged phone. Well worth it's weight in gold.
