The soft rubber case started to fray and crumble.

It’s ok ish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The case is very rigid and strong but the cloth material it’s coated in just shredded right off with normal wear from your pockets. I have the same issue with the surface pro 7 covers. They’re not bad for protection but looks are low quality

Product peels off easily but can not claim

Product is not up to standard because it peels off easily as if it had been stock for a long time. I can not claim as you said 1 year warranty. I disappointed.

Phone case

I know it will be great as it is an exact replacement of my beloved old one that I bought in Singapore three years ago. Sadly you don’t post to New Zealand so I got it sent to my son who lives in Australia. It is now on its way to NZ… May arrive by Christmas due to covid and all but, it’s worth the wait.
