I’ve only used this once. I haven’t decided just how sharp it is. All the other pizza cutters I’ve purchased over the years have fallen short on performance. it seem to be sharp enough, I expect it to be based on the knives I’ve purchased, but not sure. I used it on a purchased pizza from an authentic Italian pizza restaurant. The pizza needed a little more cutting and it seemed to work well, but not as well as I was expecting. It appears to work well, but then again, I’ve only used it once.

This pizza cutter is expensive. When I used it today,for the first time, I was so disappointed. The wheel is so wobbley it's nearly impossible to cut a straight line. And the handle is so slick and narrow it's pretty much impossible to get a good grip on it. I had to wrap my apron around it.

These are amazing. I make thick pizzas with lots of items on it and these cut through extremely easy. They are really sharp. I LOVE RADA.

This is the best pizza cutter I've ever owned. Cuts through the pizza very easy. I feel like I'll never have to purchase another pizza cutter again. Thrilled that I was able to buy a quality pizza cutter that was made right here in the USA.
