Not Discreet

I purchased this product with the intent of carrying it with me to monitor my BAC during nights out, as I tend to drink over my limit. However, there's no way I can sneak off to the bathroom to discreetly test my BAC because it makes loud beeping noises and is really obvious. There isn't a way to turn the sound off to my knowledge; I wish BACtrack would make this an option, or at least help me find a product that is more discreet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this a few months ago for those times when you've had a couple of drinks, and need to verify that you're OK to drive. Used it a couple of times and it works perfectly. Didn't want to spend a lot but obviously wanted a good quality, accurate device that's better than the cheap ones that are junk. This one was a good balance between cost and quality.

I got a DUI and I had to have a unit installed in my truck in order to drive. I got this unit to use to double down.....There are times I think I'm fine to drive....Then I test and I say OH NO I won't be driving. This unit is way more on the my 3-year-old old one, The S70. Glad I upgraded!

This is a handy tool to help you determine your limits for safe driving after having a beer or two. Hubby and I tried it with one beer and a meal. We both had readings of .03, well under the legal limit, but two would've put us just over at .06. We also waited an hour and took another reafing, predictably it went down to .02. This will be nice to test out with wine and mixed drinks too. Get one. Be safe and enjoy.

I saw this on the news and felt it would be good to have on occasion. It was easy to set up and I feel it will be a valuable tool. It might seem like a breeze to blow into the breathalizer for 5 seconds, but at my age I had to really concentrate to exhale for the right amount of time or I got an error message.
