Flexible for places hard to get pain relief from hard ice pack: arms, legs , etc. I drive with one on my lower back. Yes they thaw out quickly; I carry a few in a small chest.

These flexible ice sheets work great in coolers since they can actually be moved to fit available space. The fact that they can be cut to size is also a wonderful feature. It make them ideal to use in cake carriers -- you just have to be really careful cutting them.

I bought these to throw into the Snoppy lunch bag cooler to keep things cold. It definitely does that pretty well but I wouldn’t rely on it beyond short-term small space usage. It does tend to leave moisture behind probably from just the melting process but it makes me worry that I won’t be able to tell if it leaks.
I bought two to rotate them into my lunch bag. Very happy with it for this purpose.
