Works well but it’s quite possibly the noisiest air conditioner I’ve ever heard.

No matter what brand there is always an issue\
This unit cools well but fan is noisy.
Settings on front of unit hard to read. Settings from remote do not always register the same on the unit.
Not just your unit but others have same issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 8k btu unit to lower the temp and humidity in my garage. No expectations for cool Temps as it is way undersized for the room. It does a fine job, meets expectations, but is fairly noisy. That doesn't bother me, but if you put it in a bedroom, you might care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two Frigidaire window units. The new one is a replacement unit. It was chosen because it is easy to install and operate. Both units are quiet and economical. They make very little difference in our electric bills. They are also attractive and blend in with our decor. It is a BRAND NAME.(I've tried to post my review, but can't because my nickname is part of my email address)
