I bought this less than a year ago and it stopped working.
Flashing an E3 code. Which is a gas leak.

Stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 2 of these about 2 years ago. One continues to work well, but the other stopped working after just after 1 year. We do like the functionality of the one that is still working, but not happy with the short lifespan of the other unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our dehumidifiers come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for rare instances where defects occur. If you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. If you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to check your coverage and potential claim options. Some credit card companies may also offer additional purchase protection benefits.

Failed in five months and now I can't figure out how to make a warranty claim?! This is ridiculous. Never again with TCL products.

Fantastic to help in many ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TCL dehumidifier is amazing! It's quiet, easy to use, energy efficient, and has made a huge difference in our house. The first time I started it our house was at 80% humidity, we live in very humid inland South Carolina. Since I started using it it has maintained our humidity at 45% which has helped with sinuses, as well as efficiency of our Air Conditioner as well. Hands down I would recommend it to everyone.

Works great!

I have a split level home, the downstairs always smelled musty. Now that I have this, it is literally a breath of fresh air! I totally would recommend this product to anyone.
