It aids in my workout,It helps with my tasks. It is a great device for health/ wellness and has so many features I'm still discovering. The health features are my favorite the sleep guidance, the exercise breakdowns of cardio, even sweat loss. I use it for Blood Pressure, ECG, and it continually adding new features. I really do love this watch. I try to use it to us fullest potential, and that is no easy task (just kidding) because there is so much to discover. I can't wait til my next update..

I love a very active lifestyle cuz I have an active job it's nice to see how active I am throughout the day and how that affects my energy score or my sleep at night. I never realized how little deep sleep I got until I got my watch and now I understand why I never feel well rested

You can see reports on your health, saves all your passwords makes daily life easier with everything being organized and safely saves your data. I love how you have to have a pin and fingerprint to access your Samsung pass etc. Very high quality phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always only use this galaxy watch, I love the galaxy watches especially this one. It makes ending so simple while being able to easily see my heart rate oxygen ecg, if I go swimming it has water lock and keeps up with calories burned my steps. I like seeing my appointments at my hand without having to pull my phone out. Galaxy ai i can easily tell it to set reminder text phone call anything I need. I would never chose another watch. I have sleep apnea and this helps me keep track of my levels in my sleep etc.
