[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just updated my watch and I am so happy with the Galaxy 8 because it measures not only my sleep and energy score but also the AGE, antioxidants, vascular load... the amount of templates you can add to the phone is so nice.

My biggest complaint is that this watch is not consistent at all, sleep scores are few and far between, energy scores are even worse. Battery is good, but after I charge and put it on it takes forever to get a heart beat reading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Galaxy Watch8's Energy Score is a score out of 100 determined by Galaxy AI that analyzes your recent sleep and activity data to assess your body's overall energy levels. The score is calculated daily and considers your activity from the previous day, your sleep quality over the past week, your average sleeping heart rate, and your sleeping heart rate variability. Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Is a Life Saver in Disguise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first Samsung telephone just before my now 18 year old Granddaughter was born when I walked in an electronics store and asked for "the best camera you have that I can take Grandbaby pictures on...and I also want to make calls on it!" I've continued to be loyal to the superior BRAND all these years, adding a Samsung Smart Watch a little later. I have had no trouble with any Samsung device, but have just exchanged my second Watch to the EIGHT. WHY? I have recently been diagnosed with heart issues and other medical concerns, and know that Samsung AI and the Samsung Watch8 work together to help monitor my health quickly, easily, and accurately so I can seek relief immediately. Plus, having 911 and regular phone call capability strapped to my wrist, I feel safer all day long!
