Caution, the bands run rather small... other than that the watch is much more substantial than last years model, with alot more functions that are user friendly.
Battery life is poor . It often does not hold a charge 24 hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Definitely better than my watch 6 LTE. My only issue is the battery life still just lasts 1whole day, it would be nice to have longer battery life. The sports strap suits me better than the athleisure strap.
