[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a single mom and I work in a busy environment so when I get a msj from my kids I can see if its an emergency or not that way I know if I need to call back or wait till I'm not as busy. If I get a call and busy I can answer thru my watch if i dont have my phone next to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from someone who never used tech watches, I have to give it to Samsung for this one. Upon receiving the watch, ive been using it everyday and it honestly comes in handy. Never thought about how much I would see myself needing it until it isn't on my wrist. From the track your sleep to being able to send texts and calls. I would recommend this device for casual everyday use.

Good watch except parental controls are awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to track my kid bc A) It was free with my phone plan, B) Kid-specific watches all had some drawback C) They advertised the new parental controls. "School time" shuts off games and ... maybe other things? but it doesn't shut off texting or calling, which defeats the purpose in large part. Also you can't put time limits on any apps, and you can't remove access to apps without fully deleting. All the things I was hoping for, the watch does not support. I'm hopeful it's bc parental controls are new and they're coming. But in the meantime, I'm disappointed. Aside from that it's a solid watch - will be even better if the battery will ever last longer than about a day.

Moving to the eight will allow me to use Samsung Health with other devices that my five did not support. I just set the watch up and I'm looking forward to learning about new features that have not been available to me. I'm hoping to start interacting with the Galaxy AI and learning more about its capabilities.
