I found the sleep apnea feature very useful because it helped me begin my apnea treatment; I ran the apnea measurement tool, and it showed me a message that it was necessary to see my doctor, and I track my sleep core with Samsung Health. Also, I use my watch every time that I'm working out to collect all the information about my exercise and to track my progress using the tools to measure my body composition. Besides, the AI function added to the Galaxy Watch is very useful when my hands are busy; I'm using Gemini, and it helps me a lot to send messages, control media, and do all that using voice control.
The material it's made of is very lightweight, which makes it very comfortable. Perhaps what could be better is the response of the digital bezel because sometimes it's not accurate enough.
