[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 8 is a fantastic upgrade from the Watch 6, primarily due to the integrated AI features like Gemini and the superior display. The new, brighter screen (up to 3,000 nits) is noticeably clearer and more vibrant than my previous model. Utilizing the Gemini AI assistant (accessible with a voice command like "Hey Google") has streamlined my daily tasks, allowing for complex, multi-step actions right from my wrist, truly acting as an indispensable smart companion. The overall performance is also significantly faster thanks to the new Exynos W1000 processor, making the whole experience much more fluid.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new shape of the watch is great! I love the comfort you acheive when you sleep with it. So far I have found the battery to get me through almost 2 days of extensive use. The new UI is very intuitive compared to the last model
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the watch 4. I miss the shape of the old watch but this one fits me just fine. It works great and the battery lasts all day long. I'm able to customize it to fit my needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI integration is seamless, let's me do so much more with my phone (also Samsung Galaxy device) , ear buds and use everyday. Wonderful. Elegant. Useful and tracks exactly whatever I want to do.
Works pretty well, lacking in accuracy. Inconsistent results with the SpO2 during sleep and the antioxidant levels. The watch is snug enough on my wrist to leave an indent on my arm yet my SpO2 readings look like chicken scratch with low levels that I can't even achieve when I try. The antioxidant level is always 'very low' despite my diet and when measuring on another person's watch it jumps up by 15 points. But it works well for a watch and for giving me the notifications from my phone. Decent ECG readings, which caught something I had been unaware of, so kudos to that. I am having a hard time getting the screen protector to fit, about to try another model size. And I'd love to be able to find a small size band, the included band is on the next to last hole and I don't like that it's almost overlapping the watch face.
