Convenience is key!

I also use it for physical therapy. This watch has helped with many of my daily activities.

Everything i hoped it would be

It is so easy to set up and use (which if you bought an off brand one before you know how amazing that is). It not only tracks my steps and calories, but it has helped me to lose 40 lbs by tracking calories, breathing exercises for better sleep and stress management, and the samsung ai feature helps with recipes! I love it!!

I also can go back to my dct and show them what my watch says. It has been a life saver. I also can be worker and call my loved ones and not have to get holding a phone in my hand. I can do everything that my phone does but better.
