Incredibly Convenient

I live in a townhouse in Florida. My thermostat is located upstairs. The weather here gets extremely hot and changes due to storms constantly. I used to have to go upstairs to regulate my thermostat; now I just open the Nest app.
It also remembers my preferences of temperature when I go to bed, when I get up, etc. When I leave the house, it knows I'm away and goes into eco mode.

I love the nest thermostat. It’s easy to use and access from my device. I love it because when I’m away it cuts itself off

Fantastic thermostat

I was unsure about an electronic thermostat, because hey, can't more things go wrong, but pleasantly surprised how happy I have been with my Nest. It's been wonderful to be able to adjust the temp from anywhere at anytime. I also love the large easy to see numbers on the wall. The Eco feature that senses when no one is home and adjust to save energy is great. A year and counting with no issues.

A great affordable addition to the Nest family

When we moved into our new home, I purchased the Nest E Thermostat for an over-the-garage bonus room that would ultimately see less use than the rest of the house. The Nest E was an inexpensive way to replace the standard thermostat, and it works very well. The device is unobtrusive, blending in to the background when you don't need it, but is noticeable when you do. Highly recommended.

Being a retired design/build professional, I try to stay up on technology. I purchased a Nest Learning Tstat several years ago and have been very satisfied with both its ability to keep the house cool (and warm) as well as energy savings. When I was in need of another thermostat for a separate home system, the Thermostat E was the answer to my need. It is great!
