Easy Installment

The Nest app was easy to install, and walked me through setup step-by-step. Very happy with my purchase. I can set a schedule for when my temps can go up or down.

User friendly as heck

My husband is not handy at all, yet he was able to install this fairly quickly and with much ease. We did not have the trim plate that is sold separately, but he was able to figure a way to make it fit. The device itself is very user friendly. It seems to work much better than our super ancient thermostat. I’m excited to see whether or not it actually saves us money on our Heating and AC bill.

Don't need C cable & charge before use

Title says it all. You don't need a C cable to run through the house, which saved us from calling AC guy to help install. Note that most smart thermostats need a C cable. Also, be sure to charge the device before starting your install. Ours didn't show a light to signify that it was charging, but give it 30mins and it will let you know with words on the screen it's ready to go. No complaints so fa

After having had my new Nest Thermostat installed for 6 weeks, I have to say that I enjoy not having to get up to adjust the temperature if my lady is too hot or cold. The app is easy to navigate and I added it to my Google home as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Thermostat

A little quirky at times but otherwise a great thermostat. Our only initial issue was one wire kept disconnecting and shutting the system down. We still haven't quite figured out the warm/ cool setting and the away feature, but we would buy it again.

The Nest Thermostat is a great product. I'm fairly tech savvy but was really impressed with how well the instructions were written - they don't over-complicate things and only go into more detail where necessary. The device was very easy to get up and running. It works great, with very little interaction needed. There are a lot of customization options if you need to fine-tune things.
I would recommend this to a friend!
