Happy as expected

Very happy with app and actual thermostat. I’m not good with technology and was able to program the schedule with ease. I’m sure there’s much more I will learn to take advantage of with time.

I replaced my old-school round thermostat with the Nest Thermostat E and it's been a great upgrade. It blends into my decor when not in use and doesn't draw attention. With the mobile app I can control the temperature from anywhere in the world. The Home/Away Assist feature is perfect for when I run out of the house and forget to turn it down. It's been fun to learn about the interaction of weather and energy usage and to use that to find ways to be more energy efficient. Overall highly recommend!

The thermostat is sleek, simple, and easy to use. Took me about 20 min to install it and haven’t had a problem since I’ve had it. Although I am old school and tend to physically adjust it from habit, I’m getting better at telling Google to do it and using my phone, especially in the middle of the night when I wake up cold and don’t want to get out of bed. The app is easy to use and setting the schedule is simple for when you’re gone all day or at work. Only problem I’ve come across is that even though the schedule is set to turn the heat on 30 minutes before I get home so it’s warm when I walk in, it doesn’t cut on until I am physically home and senses me pass by the thermostat. I’ve cut the schedule feature off bc of this to see if it will just stay on an eco temp all day, but still adjusts. Luckily it’s not been as cold so not a major problem. Other than that, for the price and features, I definitely recommend it!

We are so happy we installed our Nest and it was pretty easy to do too. Being able to change the temperature just by asking Alexa is the best!

I should have bought this year's ago. The time spent changing the temp before and when I get home is aggravating to think about. Now it's not an issue and I'm never late to work.

It works as expected, easy set up, and doesn't draw attention. Love the look. I love to just look at it when it's on or off. My father has a 7 day programmable one with WiFi support, but wants the traditional thermostat temperature control back. He may get one to.
