Gives Remote Control new meaning

The software engineers got it right. For the most part, working with this product is intuitive. It took me a few extra minutes to find out how to adjust the minimum heat setting but once found, it was easy to use. My entire family can now turn the heat or A/C on while driving to our vacation home so it is comfortable when we arrive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nest is Awesome!

The knowledge that my empty house isn't being kept warm and wasting energy and money is great! I can easily warm up the house before I get home with the easy to use app. I'm sure the cost of the Nest will definitely be returned many times over.

Great thermostat

This is a great entry smart thermostat for the price. I wasn't sure about having a smart home device but turns out I enjoy it. I am keeping track of the usage and money saved. Only complaint was the setup. Doijng the wiring and configuration of the wires was a bit confusing but got there in the end. I would recommend this if you are just starting out on building out your smart home.

Just as advertised

After setting up my GF's Nest, I knew I'd be getting one and I couldn't be happier that I did. I really can't think of anything negative to say about it. It's simple to install and use, as is the app. I love being able to turn the heat on before arriving home, or before getting out of bed, without having to actually set up a daily schedule. Heck, in the morning I can do it without even opening my eyes - gotta love Alexa.
Another bonus is the monthly report detailing your heating use. It's nice to be able to see when and why I was heating my home.

Easy install

I changed my boiler and soon after I noticed my thermostat was not working well with the new boiler.
I ordered the nest, it sat in my house for about 2 weeks, mainly because I was being cheap and did not want to pull the trigger on installation (my old thermostat was still working, but my heat would turn off randomly.) Finally one night my thermostat crapped out, I called my plumber and he told me its not the boiler (cuz it was brand new) its got to be the thermostat.
That night was freezing and the plumer/electrition could not come till the next morning.
My kids were alseep and the temp was steadaly dropping.
Like the grand mother who can lift the car off her grandson, I opened the box and started to try and figure it out.
Within 15 mins the nest was installed and the heat was back on.

This thing is incredibly simple to install, and I am pretty sure it will be easy to install anywhere, my house was build in 1930.
