I love this device, works perfectly, and saves enery and time. One of the coolest devices in my home. Iam a lover of all electronics, right now its at the top of my list!

For a device with a simple purpose, that just plain looks simple, it is a very capable and smart thermostat. Your mileage will vary, but it has paid for itself several times over with fuel savings compared to the programmable thermostat it has replaced.

Better than expected

I have a simple set up, just gas heat, and the Nest E saves me money. It's ease of use and remote access alone makes it worth it. Being able to quickly set a schedule or remotely lower it when away is very valuable to me and my wife.

Does it's job while looking good

I have a 2nd Gen Nest and a Nest E. The look of both is great, no real preference one way or another. The savings from using the nest in my home is great. I like being able to limit aux and emergency heat. Eco temps while away are great too.

My Nest E thermostat was a gift I never expected I'd be given. It is something I am enjoying everyday. I can't wait to expand the use of other compatible NEST products in my home and catch up with other tech savvy family members! Definitely a line of products worth investing in.
