The new Nest E is very dependable and a very wise purchase for saving on energy bills. I appreciate that Nest came out with the newest version at a cheaper price. Usually it's the converse, companies charge more for the latest model. I am not sure if this unit does all the same functions as it's predecessor, I am extremely happy with it.

Real Monthly Savings With No Catch........

since installing my "Nest Thermostat E" I am able to see real savings on a monthly basis by my history report that the Nest Generates. More importantly though based on the reports my Nest was giving me I was able to see a deviation which meant my HVAC was not functioning properly. I called in a service man to repair my HVAC. If I had a traditional thermostat I never would have known!!

Don't be surprised if the excitement wears off fast. Using it is so simple that you'll likely quickly get very used to it. But that's not a fault. I just expected to notice it more, and for longer.

This will be the easiest installation of your life, and possibly one of the best decisions you make. This thermostat is amazing. It took me less than 30 minutes to install this, with my 3 kids running around demanding things the entire time. This works beautifully, and looks even better. Can't wait to see the energy costs go down.

Our home requires two thermostats so a lot of thought went into the purchase. We had another Smart thermostat but it didn’t play well with the Eero wireless setup. The Nest works great, it was a snap to install. I played around quite a bit with the settings and we don’t have a set schedule, so far performance is amazing. Waiting to see if savings improve from other model.

This thing is feature packed, easy to set up, and best of all, the app makes it so easy to schedule the program for run times. Not to mention, being able to turn down the air when you get off, or are about to head home, is an absolutely awesome feature.

Absolutely easy to install. Learns your preferences right away. App is easy to use also. No more worries about forgetting to turn thermostat down or that your unit runs more than it should when we are away.
