This is my 3rd nest thermostat, the other 2 are gen 3. I use it in my basement, which we use infrequently. I like the cool to dry feature. Installed in a snap, connected to the app and working great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was the easiest purchase decision I have ever made. It has already paid for itself in energy savings! It was super simple to set up and even knows when no one is home to increase the energy savings!

My favorite thermostat yet

I’ve been using the Nest for about a month now and I love having it. It was so easy to set up as well as making a schedule for what temperature it should be and when. It blends in with our wall very nicely and I really appreciate that it has a blank screen until women up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I installed another brand first thinking I didn't need to have a Nest for the "upstairs kids zone", then I installed the Nest Thermostat E for the main living area. What a difference! It started with the ease of installation, the almost automatic connection to my phone, and then the daily functions. I returned the other brand and replaced it with a Nest as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic learning thermostat, one minor flaw

I replaced my non-programmable thermostat with the Nest Thermostat E, and have loved nearly every minute of it. Once my schedule is set for each day of the week, the Nest ensures that my apartment is at the correct temperature at each part of the day and can be adjusted via Alexa or the phone app.
My only gripe is that trying to "type" on the Nest is very cumbersome during Wifi setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent for my studio business

The Nest products are an excellent fit for my fitness studio - have them installed in lobby and changing rooms, I can see temperatures and control for energy savings from my phone. Also allows me to easily change the settings on the fly as the business schedule changes with seasons or other reasons. Tracks the warm-up and cool-down to target conditions very well, so no need to fiddle with it.
