Installs in just minutes, and was a massive upgrade not only in looks but also function. My entire system seems to run more efficient and not stat nearly as hard. I love being able to control the temp in the house from literally anywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Nest E is great, couple it with a temperature sensor or two and you have an absolutely amazing system for keeping your house cool with all the configurations you could possibly want. I ran into problems creating my nest account using the phone app which I ended up just using my computer to do instead but other than that setup was a breeze.

Install could have been easier

When installing, you may need a separate back plate and I am not sure that this is included. One you are ready to connect to your app, i believe you have to be on 2.4 Ghz or it wont work. You might have to contact your internet provider like comcast if you can't figure out how to run in 2.4 Ghz. Then i suggest you take a picture of the bar code and print it or keep it visable on another phone

Being able to control the temperature for the app is so convenient. I’m not lazy but there have been times that once in bed I am too hot or too cold so I have made adjustments. The thermostat can be set to change at any given time , mostly i change it when it’s off! Beware of the wiring schematics. YouTube has some adjustments if you don’t have the correct wires. An electrician helped me

Afford yet still Cool

I have two of these units one for Upstairs and one for the downstairs areas. They work very well in tandem with each other and Google Home. This version of the nest was prefect due to the cost and needs of our family. I was a bit skeptical of the all white frosted design feeling it was cheap in some way. However after installment and use of both devices I quickly lost that view point.
I would recommend this to a friend!
