Finally a smart thermostat that works!

I tried all of the big name thermostats that have tried to enter this market space. They will left me wanting. When I got the Nest e thermostat I was amazed from installation, tho setup, to daily case out operation there have been none better if you are in the market for a smart thermostat you can't go wrong with this one.

Common these days to purchase electronics and have to "get used" to it. The Nest Thermostat does even more than expected … flawlessly.

This product, so far, has been extremely easy to operate. The schedule can be adjusted at any time, from anywhere I happen to be at the time. This item was included with my security system, and there is a connection problem between the Nest and Vivint security, which both companies say they are working on a fix. It's not really an issue because I can control the thermostat from my app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall good product

Even though I didn't give it 5 stars, I do still highly recommend this product and have actually already talked several friends into getting one. For someone who is away from the home alot, the Home/Away assist is a great tool, though it could be more accurate (which is why I only have 4 stars). Roughly half the time it doesn't kick into away mode and I have to manually do it from the app.

Once we learned to operate our nest we really enjoy being able to change the temperature from wherever we are by using the app on our cell phones.

I bought the Nest E Thermostat for the rebate that my gas company offered originally but I cant begin to tell you how impressed I am with this product. Easy to set up and easy to use. I find myself monitoring the thermostat via the Nest app just to see how it works from when I'm away from home. I highly recommend this product.
