So good, we took another chance!

We love the Nest thermostat and purchased this less expensive model after first Nest thermostat failed (would not even charge with the USB cable after less than a year). This one seems to have most of the same features and I love being able to control the temperature from my phone, especially at night. It's also very helpful when we are away as we can check the house status.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Nest

I had a Nest in our previous home and was very happy with it. When we built our new home, I got a Nest to install in it before we even moved in. I also recently installed two Nests in our son's house because he was so impressed with our Nest.

Best upgrade ever

Me and my wife recently bought a condo, I noticed we had an old gross brown manual (Mercury filled) thermostat. When I saw this I knew something better had to replace it. I looked around and the options and features of the nest and nest e were incomparable to the competition in my eyes. The install took me about 10 minutes and it took 3 minutes to set up on the nest itself. Super happy.

Overall, a fantastic, inexpensive upgrade to the home. Brings functionality, value, and most importantly ease of use into the home. The Nest E thermostat is a simplistic smart thermostat that you can install and set up in no time at all. My ONLY complaint is the "Frosted" glass... Not a huge deal, but would you want to buy a TV or a Phone that has a "Frosted" display...???

Nest e and sensors

Just replaced my gen1 nest with nest e and added wireless remote sensors.
Once set up, everything works great. I like setting my temp with bedroom sensor at night and living room for day and evening. I also like having a sensor in the grandkids room and guest room to keep things just right when visiting.

Nest E + remote thermostat for the win!

My thermostat is mounted on a cold wall. My old thermostat would behave badly when the temperature dropped. With the Nest E, I was able to purchase and configure a remote thermostat and I made that my primary and mounted it on an interior wall. Problem solved!
I also love the new look and how it blends into my light-colored walls.

I was worried that the Nest E wouldn't be as good of a product as the Nest 2 I replaced with it. I replaced it because I wanted to be able to use remote temperature sensors. Not only is it just as high quality and works perfectly with my unit and the remote sensors, it looks much nicer on the wall. And it more responsive to activating when you walk up to it.
