The look is great and the easy of use are excellent! own a Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat and now this one and they are both great. I do recommend this product.

I love this thermostat. I was a little reluctant when I saw the price but soon found out that my gas company gave an instant rebate for it. I checked the wiring of my current thermostat and nest.com verified that it would indeed work with my system. Install was super simple and it looks and functions great.

Nothing to complain about so far. Very simple to set up after watching the install videos, and user videos. App works great and is very simple to use. App/google home response time to thermostat requests is instant. Looks nice on the wall. Blends in well with the white appliances.

Would recommend and already have

I wasn't in the market for a new thermostat but have several other Nest products and was prompted by a rebate from my utility company. I'm very glad I acted on it. I love that I can control the thermostat from the app and that I have a visual on when I am being "green". I was able to install it myself. Thankfully Nest provided a large backplate to cover the existing hole in my early 90's condo.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As advertised

Install went well, and the nest works as advertised. So far so good 10 days in. It has already learned when to turn down the temps at bedtime and turn the furnace on prior to my getting up. I also like the feature where it goes into eco mode when I leave the house.

Such a cool & practical t-stat!

Could not wait to install and get this running! So far, so good! Installed in less than 15 minutes and love the fact the radiant heat is an option under the heating type! (Our radiant manufacturer said it could not be done! Probably because they wanted to sell me one of their very pricey ones!)
Love the fact that we can be sure our pipes will not freeze during the cold months we are away!
