We retired a few years ago and bought property on a lake in Virginia. We decided to also down size. We chose to by a 1200 square foot modular home. Since the house is all electric the very first thing I did was to replace the thermostat that came with the house. We have a heat pump system and I figured the best way to save on energy was to put the best thermostat on the market on the system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basically I can save energy by be able to schedule times or control the thermostat front the add, how many times we go out and forget about turning down the air conditioner, not a problem anymore either way manual on the add or automatically by the add settings it’s great to have the control, I do it manually since many times I have people stay home when I’m out, it’s a great thermostat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this and so crazy for not getting one sooner. Nest product is the best for the price.
I have cameras and doorbell. Next I am going after the Yale lock. then I need to get 1 more outside camera and I am getting the IQ
