This was our 2nd Nest Product. This is a different model from previous one. I liked the white face. I love how it is made so a lay person can install it. My plumber wanted to charge $150. to install. Our son installed ours (2nd one after his). I love being able to remotely control Nest. We called support to help setting temp to immediate temp. increases. A removal of a wire fixed problem.

Total Control & Convenience

The Nest E Thermostat gives me total control of the heating and cooling in my home. I can change the temperature of my home from anywhere through the Nest app. It was the best money I’ve spent when it comes to promoting energy savings within my home.

It's at our lake home

We purchased this product to help us manage the temp in our lake home. We live in a winter climate, and being able to heat the house prior to our arrival is wonderful. We can also monitor the temp, and adjust if needed.

Amazing thermostat

We absolutely love our new nest thermostat! I love the convenience of controlling the heating/cooling system from my phone anywhere we are! I am no longer having to worry about it being turned off or on! I love the appearance of the thermostat! I would highly recommend this product!

I have had the Nest Thermostat E for about a month now. it took me about 30 minutes to install with most of the time trying to figure out where to install the existing wires for my old thermostat. Once installed the Thermostat itself helped with the rest of the setup and I was able to link it to my echo very easily. Now a voice command controls everything and it works great!

I am happy with my purchase and would recommend to my friends. I was able to also get a rebate from PG&E last year to sweeten the deal. I plan to purchase more Nest products in the future.

This is installed in our second home. The ease of controlling it with our smartphone when we are not there is awesome. We love how it looks on the wall. Our son installed it for us and he said the directions were clear and he had no problems installing.
