The first smart thermostat and one of the best

From the overall design, ease-of-use, and thoughtfulness and ease of installation you can't go wrong with a nest thermostat. This company was one of the first to introduce people to a smart thermostat although programmable thermostats had been around for years they were never easy to use nor did they look good. The nest thermostat looks great in your home & can also be controlled by the Nest app.

Excellent Value

Easy installation, exceptional performance, and a great way to save on your energy bill. We saw a 20% reduction during our first month of use. Controlling via an app is a great feature as well. Zero complaints.

Awesome and Easy to Install

I’m nothing but satisfied with the install and overall operation of the nest thermostat I installed!! The app is easy to use and the instructions were simple and clear. I work in the hvac field and I would recommend this to anyone because it’s simple to use and reliable!!

This is a very simple and great product to use! I love the simplicity of this product and how I can control it from the app. Works great and again so simple to use. I don't often recommend products I use but this one is a no brainer to install!

Home/Away Assist is Awesome!

I no longer have to worry about setting my thermostat before I leave the house or when I get home. The home/away assist does both of those things for me while helping me to save on energy usage.

Only one major flaw

We really like our Nest, and the many benefits of having one, however there is one major flaw for us; the Nest does not have a backup power supply. If there is no power, there is no heat; which is a problem in New England. Outside of this, the ease of use/set-up, ability to control temperature from out of the house, and the eco/energy saving feature are huge benefits.

No Surpises

Let’s start with I expected a surprise. I have a nest from last year that I love, but for my retail space needed two nest devices and chose the new E option. I was wondering what my compromise would be- haven’t found one yet. The display is simpler, which I like.
