Awesome Thermostat

I love that I can adjust my home’s temperature on my way home from work. It’s so convenient being able to monitor and adjust no matter how far away you are by using the app. My husband and I tend to disagree on what temperature the house should be kept at & this helps when he sets it too warm and I wake up at 3am I can stay in bed to adjust it to a cooler temperature without having to get up.

Nest E thermostat has changed the way the heating & air work in my home. I use 30% less energy than before with out sacrificing temperatures when I am home. It’s really a great product sets the temperature to eco when your phone leaves the zone & back to normal when you get home. They also send you monthly reports so you can see what needs to change.

Perfect for dual HVAC and second homes

I actually have three nest thermostats. 1 original Nest and 2 Thermostat Es. 1 E and the original nest are at my home and the other E is at our shirt term rental/vacation home. Being able to manage and monitor temperatures from away and from bed are awesome. The E is just as feature rich as the original Nest and operates nearly the same.

The contractor who installed the insulation in our attic also installed the Nest thermostat. I have always had the old simple style thermostat and was concerned this one would not be easy to use. I was way wrong! It is super simple, I love it; very easy to use. I also have it installed on my phone and it is programmed with my Alexa. Great product!!
