This device works as advertised my last programmable thermostat did not it even gives you monthly reports and learns from you

Lovely affordable smart thermostat

I received this as a gift from my real estate agent at the close of my house. I was so excited once I opened the bag because I had been looking at getting a smart thermostat but was unsure which to get! After two months I can tell you it certainly is the best! I love that I can program the temperature and time to coordinate with my time of use agreement with the electric company!

Love our new Nest!

We’ve been considering a new smart thermostat & had zeroed in on the Nest, based on our own research & reviews. Then we learned our local utility was offering them for free as part of an energy conservation program. Heck yeah! Sign me up! We are thrilled with our Nest, and now realize just how inaccurate our old thermostat was. Love our lower utility bills, too! What a great add to our home!

Running two on my zoned AC system

Install is very easy (the app steps through it very well). Everything works as expected. I recommend attaching a common wire (C). There is no place on my zone system control board for C direct to the thermostat, but I was able connect the C wire to each Nest from where C comes into the control board from the system. I did have some interesting run times at first, but they seem to learn quickly.

This thermostat is really nice, it keeps a very accurate temperature. It looks very modern on the wall and it is very convenient to control my house from anywhere. It was easy to install and set up too.
