Great product for the money

So far I really like this product. It was simple to install and included a thoughtful trim plate to cover the holes left by the previous device. It’s operation is fairly simple and easy to learn. The display is friendly and easy to read. Set up was easy and tech support was super. Nest Protect interface is a nice touch. The only negative is the lack of a Hold/manual setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Product, Installation Support Could Be Better

Value for the price is great, the remote functionality is exactly what I was looking for and controlling the thermostat from opposite ends of the home is great. I had some challenges with error codes during install (notably the R power and C common wires). Definitely download the Nest app so it can help generate a wiring diagram for you. Make sure you have a fully connected common wire.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nest Customer/User -- Replaced Dated Thermostat

Nest is easy to use, you select the settings for the season/temperature. The best feature is the function that lets you control the settings remotely; from a smartphone, laptop, or tablet and it is all password protected.
