Great personal smoothie blender

Bought this to take with me to work. Works great! Manage your expectations though, this isn't going to replace your plug in blender, this is for a quick on the go smoothie. It has the power to make smoothies no problem, but you have to get the ratio of fruit/veggies to liquid right. I use frozen fruit and juice, about half full of juice, and then add frozen fruit to the fill line on the cup, maybe a little less. I find the 30 sec cycle isn't quite enough, and will run 2-3 cycles. I also have to shake the contents a little bit while it's blending as sometimes an air pocket informed around the blade. Over all, I'm very happy with it. Is exactly what I was looking for.

I was already a Ninja Product fan owning numerous Ninja kitchen appliances, but this Ninja Blast is a game changer! When I saw it was coming, I knew I just had to have it. I received my Ninja Blast on April 10th and the first thing I made was a peach smoothie.
6 oz COLD Water
3/4 C Vanilla Yogurt
5 Halved Frozen peaches
Few small ice cubes
Blend for one blend cycle.
It was the smoothest smoothie ever!
It is very easy to clean.
It has a sleek and elegant design. Originally thought that I would store my Ninja Blast in a kitchen cabinet, but it now sits proudly on the counter.
I am extremely happy with my purchase.
Get on the waiting list now, and you will soon be making the best ever smoothie too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So convenient and easy to use! I have been able to take my smoothies with me, blend them, and then immediately consume. It is so simple to disassemble and clean after each use. The only issue I see with it is in regards to safety. You can operate the blades with the top off of the canister.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best portable blender. I like that this is 18 oz and it blast through frozen fruit and ice. The smoothies are more smoother and it’s ninjas most compact and quietest blender. The best part is that you can blend and drink in the same cup.

Glad I found this when I was still deciding on a portable personal blender. Strong motor. First smoothie = milk/yogurt/powder + added frozen solid strawberries - 2 large - 2 medium - and 2 small and it blazed right through and I didn't even have to tilt the blender. Crushes bigger than mini ice cubes. Haven't tried bigger cubes but from what I've seen I believe it will handle it as long as it isn't overloaded. Push button lid springs all the way open to make drinking from spout easy to get at. Nice rubber bottom pad holds it in place. Thick walled cup. The markings could be a little bigger, no big deal. A separate blade piece might be easier to clean, but not a deal breaker for me and knew that going in...and it's still easy to clean. Tactile buttons feel sturdy. Well thought out and very well built.
