The product is good and helps a lot in daily life, making work easier and faster. However, the first one I bought stopped working after only ten months. The company was very attentive and replaced it without any problems, and I hope I have better luck this time!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the ninja blast portable blender and I really like it for quick smoothies. It’s cordless, easy to carry and perfect for single servings.
Love the blender. But when they say dishwasher proof it should be dishwasher broof. We had one, someone put my blender in the dishwasher not knowing it's only top rack safe. Now im out a blender. No satisfaction from ninja. Most of my appliances are ninja products, going to think twice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We’re genuinely devastated to hear that your Ninja Blast was damaged after being placed in the dishwasher. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we want to help make things right. Just a quick reminder that the cup is only safe to wash on the top rack, but we completely understand how easily these things can happen. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate teams internally.
We’re glad that you’ve already received assistance. If there’s anything more we can do to enhance your experience or if you’d like to share additional feedback, we’re always here to listen. You can also reach out to our Customer Care team at https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us.
I'm not someone who carries hate in their heart. Most of the time, I'm happy with the things I have and I don't complain. But I am not exaggerating when I say this blender might be the WORST product I've ever used.
Let's put the actual technology aside for a second and talk about the design. You have to screw the motor into the bottom to blend. So, let's say that I have the motor and the capsule in front of me. In order to produce the final result, I have to: 1. Unscrew the top of the capsule 2. Add ingredients 3. Screw on the top of the capsule 4. Unscrew the bottom of the capsule 5. Screw on the motor 6. Blend 7. Unscrew the motor 8. Screw the bottom back on the capsule
For a sensibly designed blender, like nutribullet, you would: 1. Unscrew the top 2. Add ingredients 3. Screw top back on 4. Blend (with the sealed capsule directly attachable to the motor)
Half the steps! Oh and by the way, you have to CHARGE it. Your blender, that never really leaves your home, has to do a little dance around your kitchen while you use it, charge it, and store it. What does a blender need to hold a charge for? Am I making margaritas on top of a mountain? Well, if it is meant to be portable, then you'd imagine you don't need to charge for several blends. NOPE. After about 3-4 blends, the charging light comes back on.
Now let's discuss the actual technology of the blender—the motor itself. When Ninja tested this blender, I guess they must've been blending water because that's about the only thing that blends. Does your smoothie have a single leaf of kale or one frozen blueberry in it? Nice try. Do you want to make a sauce that requires a reasonable amount of thinning, and not something that's going to have the viscosity of liquid helium? See ya.
Aristotle argued that the virtue of an object is tied to its proper function. You call a hammer a hammer because it hammers. This thing? It's NOT a blender. If you want something that blends, move along.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
