Doesn't blend ice water and ice cubes together very well don't really care for the blades always being exposed they you can't take it ofd

So far so good. Better than my blend Jet 2. Holds a little more. The only thing I’m not to crazy about is the lid. I’m not big on pour spouts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expect constant disappointment

Absolute garbage! Usually a fan of ninja but I have no clue how this one passed the product testing..
Literary can’t blend anything, forget about anything frozen - definitely not ice! Margaritas from product fotos? That’s actually what fraud looks like
Blade is constantly “stuck” even though it’s blending anything solid. Constant lack of power, can’t function if not fully loaded, regardless if plugged in. Constant waiting.
Reminds me of the old “Xbox ring of death”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good idea, but terrible battery life

I got this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love the idea of the blender being easy to use and on the go “portable”. However, the battery is awful. I let it charge fully and when I go to blend a smoothie, it only blends for 1 second and the red light comes on and it stops. So I have to plug it in to charge while I have slightly blended ingredients in the blender just sitting to charge. I’ve never been able to make a smoothie quickly with this blender. I still continue to use it because it was a Christmas gift and I like the idea of it. The battery life is the only thing I hate on this product and wouldn’t recommend. It’s never fully charged even when it says it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not impressed so far

Have only tried using this one time so far, but that time left me frustrated and totally unimpressed with the product. I followed the instructions and added the ingredients in the proper order and amounts. When I pressed Start, the blender worked for about 10 seconds, then completely shut down. The unit was fully charged and showed that it was ready to use, but it only ran for a short time and would not work after that. I've not had time to try it again to see if this was an isolated incident or if the product just does not work, but from what I've seen so far, I'm not confident that it will be any better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could be better

I’ve used a couple of times and I just expected more based on my other ninja products. I don’t like the design that the base is attached to the blade and can’t be put in dishwasher. Most importantly it doesn’t have much power to blend solid fruits. If you were blending milk and powder works great 😩
