Colors are great but remote is poor

My sister purchased this for me in Texas& sent it to me here in Oregon. A few months later & the remote is not working at all no matter what we have tried. Very frustrating. Would love a remote with a light please

The only tv I’d buy

Have started buying Roku tvs and it’s the only type I’d purchase. This is the 3rd one I’ve bought. The picture is very clear even though the screen is only 32” wide.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy and fast to setup. I already had a Roku account. The most frustrating part was trying to get the free remote for submitting a review. The models seemed to be listed totally randomly. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Haven’t used product yet but picture quality seems fine
