The single serve function is very simple and easy to use. I love that it does not use plastic disposable pods and instead has a mini brewer basket!

it is a okay of a coffee maker but one thing needs to be add is a screen were the water pumps into the coffee maker

Carafe leaks

The coffee maker is fine, but the carafe leaks everywhere when pouring coffee. It leaks from the top plastic band. I would suggest a full glass design or metal band. Looking for a new carafe that won’t leak.
