I had problems with a camera I had received as a gift. Julie was super helpful in troubleshooting the camera and eventually sending a replacement.

Had to cameras that wouldn't record sometimes and couldn't see events or even go live unless I restart phone .Aosu online chat had me do alot of stuff and even delete app and restart they worked for awhile then back at it .they ended up sending me 2 new ones now solar ones that I use just put up so hope yhey keep working

This camera functions so superbly and when we needed to expand our areas of surveillance Aosu was more than accommodating. We would highly recommend their products.

I purchased the for set Aosu camera system and they are simply awesome. Easy to setup and had so many features that the other systems don't have. I particularly like the night camera features which are in color. The motion on these cameras are in real time. And I really feel safe with this incredible system. Well worth the money.

Recently while returning my internet package I inadvertainly packed my Aosu home Base.I didnt realise what I had done until I looked at my cameras!Yikes,no Home Base.I got in contact with Qasu right away.What a surprise,a lady by the name"Llewellyn"took the time(approx 1 hour)to help me sort out this mess.It was my own fault that this happened and I was'nt expecting anything to come of it,but what a treat come to find out that they are going to replace the lost Home Base.This is a company that stands behind its products(thank you)I have no problem recommending Aosu to anyone that wants quality cameras.

I purchased the five camera set , and after some initial problems with mounting hardware I can fully recommend this product. The company went over and above to rectify any issues. They even survived the recent ice storm.
