Thank you Lynette ( and also Marc ) We were having problems with connecting our cameras to our WiFi. We just had to change to our router to 2.4 ghz but, didnt realize it until we got off the phone with our tech, Marc. They are now working, YAY!

I have no complaints!! I love the 360 cameras I love the fast notifications whenever someone passes by! When I misplaced the mounts for my cameras Lynette was such a huge help! Very kind, responsive and great spirt!! I have already recommended these cameras to friends and family 馃馃

After surfing for many security camera systems, we purchased the SolarCam D1 Classic Kit with 4 cameras. We are SO GLAD we did! As you can see in other reviews, the installation was very straight forward/easy & visual accuity is outstanding! Alarms and microphones all clear to hear well. Love the motion sensing and the ability to customize movement at each camera location. We DID HAVE a battery charging issue on one camera and - I must say - we were impressed with the support responsiveness - all done through email. Every day we updated the Support Team and they reached out for status after doing an update remotely. GREAT SUPPPORT TEAM - Thanks! We have no doubt that if we have another issue or question...we will get swift replies. You just can't beat a GREAT product with outstanding SUPPPORT!
