Great product, we live it. Only issue: one of the rubber feet has gone missing. How can I order a replacement?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's alright. It gets really hot on the outside and that's a compromise on safety. I don't like how it only sits on 3 legs instead of 4, which makes the appliance all the more unstable. The design could be so much better.

Knob not working

We bought this Crock Pot four months ago. We’ve used it maybe three times a month since. Last week I plugged it in and after an hour it hadn’t heated up. I double checked the outlet but nothing. Finally I checked the knob and realized ot wasn’t securely on any setting. It finally worked, but I had the same problem today. The knob is flimsy and there’s no indicator light.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good memories.

Crockpot has been in my life since my first thoughts as a child. My grandmother could make the best concoctions in these and always something different, even meals I did not think you could slow cook. This pot is lightweight and durable at the same time. You can fit enough for a whole family meal in there. The smell of the slow cooker sitting in the kitchen all day really gets you ready to eat. Whether it’s roast, sloppy Joe’s or chicken noodle soup, you’re going to be satisfied with what is removed from this pot. Let’s eat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this crock pot as a gift last week. It won't get hot at all. Unfortunately, I am unable to exchange it because I live overseas & it was bought in the USA. I know that the converter I am using works perfectly good but this crock pot is just not working. It really sucks because I have wanted one for a very long time & they are crazy expensive where I live. Wish I had been given a different brand/model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
