Poor Quality and Not Durable

We were very excited to put this blender on our wedding registry because we both make smoothies every day and we were desperate to upgrade to a better quality blender. Unfortunately, within 3 months the blender stopped working unless we stood holding the smoothie cup at a certain angle with all our strength. Within 5 months, the motor began to fail, making terrible grinding noises and giving off a horrible burning smell. We shipped it back and received a replacement that feels less powerful and already makes the grinding noise. Wish we'd just bitten the bullet and started with a Vitamix. This was not worth it and now we're stuck with a product that they refuse to provide a refund for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best out there. I have the auto one for my smoothies and I also have the smaller one with the food processor and the best on the market. Love it.

I like the product. It is a well-designed blender with a powerful motor. I am impressed with it but the blades are very sharp so be careful! The price is very affordable compare to other blenders out there. We love using our Ninja to make juice for the family.

I really love my Ninja, I use it to make smoothie. I also use it to make purées of boiled beef liver and Spirulina for my dogs. I think it is an excellent product.

I pretty much purchased this for smoothies/protein shakes however when I realized I could juice with it, I did. It's much more involved than with an actual juicer but still does the trick! It was reasonably priced. This product works well, I have no complaints. Highly recommend purchasing to others, I am satisfied overall with this product.

Wish I had come here before buying. Nice blender. Sadly the lid fell apart. Looks like I'll upgrade to a Vitamix.

Great at first...

These blenders are great at first. Don't buy unless you find their deal with a lifetime warranty. After using this system I now can tell the motor is struggling and it puts off a burning smell in my kitchen. We can taste the smell in our food. If you're going to spend this kind of money on a blender buy a proven brand instead of one that relies on weekend advertising when sports aren't on.

Effective quality blender

We bought a store display of this blender 5 years ago and have used it regularly. The lid just broke about a month ago and we periodically have to put that back together. But everything else has lasted and worked perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
