I love this blender. I honestly cant say enough about it. We use it for milkshakes, smoothies, salsas, and so much more. I love how versatile it is and would recommend it to anyone

I’m not impressed by the quality of this blender. Would rather spend the extra money to get a VitaMix. Also, the cups are nice, but they don’t have anything to cover the hole in the lid so they’re not great for on-the-go even though I’m guessing that’s the purpose?

Horrible burning

So I have one of the first ninjas, it was the complete system. My first one went out not long after getting it, and it wasn’t used often. It smoked, and had a horrible burning smell. Mind you this was like 4-5 years ago. They replaced everything. I rarely use my blender, but again it’s the same burning smell. This time I could taste it In my food, so I looked at the attachment which was for the single serving cup. There’s a ring burned all the way around. Looking at reviews it doesn’t look like anything has changed with the newer models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have wanted a Ninja blender for pretty much my entire life, so getting one this last month has been a dream come true - and I have to say, the product DEFINITELY held up to my expectations and even surpassed them! I practically live on breakfast smoothies, and I'm typically late as well, so I needed something that was simple to use and works well. If you want an effortlessly device, this blender is the best option I've found.

This works like a charm every time. It’s easy to clean and had multiple settings that I love. I also really love the smaller cups. They are great for smoothies or just smaller things I need to blend! I love blending sauces in the smaller cups!

Love this product! The nutri cups are the perfect size and I love that there is more than one. Sometimes the blade needs to be replaced becuase the rubber wears down. But overall a really great purchase and worth the price! Highly recommend for other smoothie- lovers!

Works amazingly. Has all the attachments for everything you might want to do. You cannot beat the blade design with the 3 stacked blades. Even in the food processor there are 2 blades.

Poor Quality and Not Durable

We were very excited to put this blender on our wedding registry because we both make smoothies every day and we were desperate to upgrade to a better quality blender. Unfortunately, within 3 months the blender stopped working unless we stood holding the smoothie cup at a certain angle with all our strength. Within 5 months, the motor began to fail, making terrible grinding noises and giving off a horrible burning smell. We shipped it back and received a replacement that feels less powerful and already makes the grinding noise. Wish we'd just bitten the bullet and started with a Vitamix. This was not worth it and now we're stuck with a product that they refuse to provide a refund for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
