Far too much air in smoothies

I make smoothies everyday, and I was so excited to try this product. However, for some reason there was so much air injected into my smoothies that I couldn't even finish it because it made me so bloated and nauseous. This has never happened before, and I have tried the same recipe on four other blenders and this Ninja was the only one that made my smoothies undrinkable! A different blade would probably make it better, but it's a shame that Ninja doesn't make any other blades! Highly dissatisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best blender EVER. Smoothest texture smoothies ever. Every time. Love the vacuum system. Cant wait to use this to try making baby food in a few months!

My mom bought this and I love using it! It blends my smoothies up so well and also chops up other foods I need help cutting. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys smoothies and making drinks. Does amazing job, the noise level is moderate too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to blend up some milshjakes for the family and also make smoothies in the mornings for on the go and this ninja blender with the small blending cups really does come in handy.I lovet he single serve cups these work great to make my morning smoothies and be able to take them on the go just throw on the lids that come with the cups and out the door with my morning meal.The large blender part is great to blend up larger portions of stuff i love to do up some salsa, milkshakes the blades in the blender part and the cup[s are very sharp sio it chops stuff up quickly and blends together well.i love the large size of the large blender part it hold quit a bit which is great when i make large portion of stuff i am able to do it all at once. the blender part is very easy to remove and set onto the base which is really great the buttons are easy to push and stay on when using the large blender cup but when using to sinclge serve cup you will have to hold the button down while blending when using these.the unit itself is pretty quiet compared to other brands that i have used wich is really good the lid snaps in place on the large blnder piece and also has a apour spout in the lids to for easy pouring of liquid contents. overall i am pleased with this ninja clender/ cups

Stopped working after only a year

Received this as a gift for Xmas last year and up until a few weeks ago, it worked great. Then, out of the blue, it just stopped working. No light. Nothing. At first I thought it was my outlet, but after moving it to another with nothing, I plugged my old blender in and it wasn't the outlet. I don't even use it that often, it normally just sits on the counter (not plugged in). Really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that the blender is so powerful and blends frozen fruits and ice to the perfect consistency ever time! The blender is easy to use and clean up is a breeze. I am really enjoying the Nutri Cups too! It is so convenient for me to blend, grab and go. Loving my new powerful Ninja Blender
