[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Galaxy S23 Ultra owner, my experience with the phone has been outstanding. I work with sand and air with gas. After I want to say 6 months, the case had forced sand under the volume and hold keys making them hard stick. I have to use the media output function to change volume. S pen is great I just really have a hard time remembering it's there. And a small scratch is noticeable to the pen writing function. The lens covering the bottom camera, single Crack somehow on me. I wish the phone would auto adjust better between horizontal and vertical viewing. Game mode is amazing. I have so many games on this device. Storage is outstanding. Needs better alarms. The speaker is loud and that's a good thing.
I would day it'd be nice to have a tougher screen, better external buttons. Glass options for protection. Ear buds with the phone when purchased. I wish I knew how well it connected to other devices and working between them. Speech to text is a little weak.
I do not like the phone updating and putting games and apps on my phone I didn't ask for.
I hope one day I can talk to my phone and have it do things for me that way. I'm excited to try the assistance and othe AI features down the road. Hopefully more color options for the phone. More emphasis on the use of my S pen.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I say I love this phone I love it. This was a birthday present. It's so fast, the graphics is amazing. My daughter love the fact she can draw on it. I love using it for my grocery List. No more writing it on a piece of paper and losing it. I can't say enough about this phone. My son has one too. I use it to write appointments as well. It does so much that people don't realize it. Thanks for making a great product.

Great upgrade from my S10e

I just bought this, and I am very happy with my purchase, I used to have a S10e, and this was a big step up, people talk about the heat and battery life, it did get warm at first when I was getting everything moved to it and everything set back up, the “smart switch” app was a lot of help, but since i haven’t noticed any heat issues, I don’t game on my phone, also battery life was complained about, and again when I first was setting everything up battery life was an issue, but it was on a lot during that time. I did put it in a Otter Box right away, and also a glass screen protector, the wireless charging is working fine with the otter box, and the finger print biometrics is working great with the screen protector on, I wish the fingerprint was on the power button like the S10e was, but I’m sure I will get used to it, and not i also have face recognition that is working very good! I have only used the camera for just a few. Pics, but it works very good, and the higher pixels make for even better photos than my S10e, I am very happy with my purchase, and I got a discount being a veteran, I would recommend this especially at the price compared to the S24, and it was only released 6 months ago, so it is not a very old phone.

Buyer Beware

This phone is extremely heavy. The edges are sharp and uncomfortable to hold. It also has an incredibly smooth casing so setting it on your lap is not a thing it will slide right onto the floor. Also there is a typo when a cable that is being used is too slow the error message reads to use the "cagle" not "cable" included with the device...My phone is not the only one that has this misspelling. The battery life sucks and it also gets so hot while using it that I have to shut it off and put it down or it will burn me. I loved my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 5G...This phone I would never buy again
