S23 ultra is very solid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the 100 times zoom camera. Wish there was an SD card slot, but I got the one with the most internal memory, so it's been sufficient. Phone is responsive and feels good in my hand.

I can spend hours and hours looking through the phone and finding new and exciting things to do with it. Whether it is streaming or making videos and taking pictures, it's definitely a gamechanger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung phone for working on the go keeping in touch with friends and family 1 uping those fruit phone users, bragging to fruit phone users about how I can drop it from my loft bed no problem. The phones smooth exterior and bright screen make it the holy grail of cell phones. Even better galaxy ai has drastically improved my experience with the device. Editing videos is easier with the enhanced screen.

Good but charger port needs to be stronger

We hate to see that you are experiencing trouble with your charger port. You can use Samsung Members to run a test on your battery and charging port. Open the Samsung Members app > Select the Support tab. Tap Phone diagnostics. Select Battery status and Cable charging. Check out the link attached for more options to help troubleshoot this. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. As far as your phone battery, we've also attached a link to help optimize your S23 FE's battery life.
