Everything about this tablet is top tier except the battery life. It dies after a few hours of gameplay. My 5 year old samsung tablet that I replaced with this tab has a longer battery life doing the exact same work. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

While they may feel warm during activities like charging, this does not harm the devices' lifespan or performance. However, these devices may temporarily generate heat in different situations. Please follow the first link attached to take a look at those situations and explore other troubleshooting methods for what you are experiencing. Samsung also offers a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturers' defects. I will also be attaching a link to help with your battery. When you want to dive into your favorite first-person shooter or binge-watch your favorite show, you can adjust your phone's refresh rate to get the absolute best experience. To start, go to Settings and search for and select Motion smoothness. Tap Motion smoothness again, and then choose your desired option.
