Is the best tablet I have ever bought , hands down. So again I say thank you. I actually bought 4 of them to give to my friends for Christmas. But don't let them know that..lol...

Please ensure that your phone is updated with the latest software version. If your phone has trouble recognizing your face, there are some steps you can take to fix this. We suggest making sure your front screen camera is clean and using settings like Brighten Screen when trying to unlock your device. To access this setting, go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Biometrics > Face Recognition > Brighten Screen.
